Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. The co-owner is Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie is the only woman to take home the CrossFit Games twice. She was a second place finisher in the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter who also is a CrossFit athlete as well as a popular media personality. It is a popular fact that she was the first woman who won The CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 as well as 2017, she took home both the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie and her parents and siblings was birthed in Reykjavik Iceland. At a young age, Annie was an avid sport fan who loved training. She was awarded numerous medals in competitions for school. In 2009 she competed as a participant in the very first CrossFit game in California. Her performance was very good at those events. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years (as as of 2021). She's 5'7" tall she weighs approximately 67kg. Annie began her CrossFit journey in California in the year 2009. She did very well in the initial games. She finished amongst Top 10 among over 70. While she didn't win one of the championships but she did finish in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in second at CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. Following that she was a participant in CrossFit Games and took home the gold medal thanks to her outstanding performance. She became the first woman to ever win CrossFit Games. Annie was again victorious at in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. She was the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of twice in CrossFit Games at once. Also, in 2014 she took home a silver award and in the year 2021 she won the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. At present, Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. After gaining fame as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae and many others. Annie also owns her own Youtube channel called "Annie", with over 3,500 subscribers. These include videos on eating habits for training and life with family.
