Before joining ABC World News Tonight, He was the main replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer. He covered a number of primetime ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He's traveled to numerous countries around the globe covering the news. from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti, and the Gulf of Mexico. He received numerous Emmy Awards Edward R.
