Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kannakaredes is a native of New York city. She's appeared in the roles of Dr. Sydney Hansen (NBC) as well as the character Dr. Lane Hunter (The Resident) in both medical dramas on TV. She also received praise for her debut television role on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. Some of her notable films include 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life is an autobiography written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross.
