Reese Witherspoon began seriously pursuing her acting career shortly after taking a class at Stanford University. Early successes were with films such as Pleasantville, Election and Legally Blonde. However, it was her performance as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde's big-budget smash that truly was the start of her professional career. Witherspoon's role as Elle Woods in Walk the Line earned her an Academy Award nomination in 2005. Water for Elephants: This Means War & Wild, for both of which she has received the Oscar nomination. Her feature film debut in the comedy The Invisible Man. After that, she appeared on a variety of TV shows such as House of Lies Whitney or Better Call Saul. Additionally, she was a part of The Dictator as well as The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. Alongside her acting work her acting career, Ms. Williams is a gifted artist who has exhibited her artwork in several exhibitions.
